1.) Eating healthier and cleaning up my choices. Instead of crash dieting, I'm simply eating clean. Trying to stay as close to organic as possible while keeping in my that I have years of unhealthy habits. I know I won't be perfect at the start, but the aim isn't perfection, it's progress.
2.)Sticking to my workouts. I have never stuck to to my work outs. I've started off strong and eventually given up. I know it will be hard. I know somedays I will struggle more than others, but I will continue to do my best because results don't appear over night.
3.)Stay positive. One of the major factors that throw people off track is negativity. It comes from others, but also comes from ourselves. I will stop picking myself apart and focus on the positive changes I am making/working towards.
